I didn’t like that particular episode either, but it was still quality compared to most TV out there
I totally saw it as a setup for next season. The ‘sisters’ have numbered tattoos, so I expected that there will be a quest for the other kids from the experiment.
I understood why the episode was necessary. It also tied back to the set up of eleven’s mom being involved in the experiments that eventually created her. I think the biggest reason people didn’t like the episode was because it didn’t include the other characters. It was a necessary piece to the puzzle the duffer brothers created with this story and I thought it was brilliant!
I loved that episode!
I love this show. Love the time period. Just a great show.
